Six months to a year for a Saturday in June, September or October — those dates go first and there is a finite number of hex tents. Graduations cluster in June and book similarly early. Weekday and off-season events are far easier.

Usually the day before, sometimes two days ahead for larger installs, and we take down the day after. That's included — you're not paying extra days for install and strike. We'll agree the window with you when you book.

For most residential tents, no. Some towns require a permit for tents over a certain size, and some require a fire marshal sign-off if you're using sidewalls and heating. Check with your town's building department — and ask us, because we install in these towns constantly and usually know.

Yes, using ballast instead of stakes. Tell us when you book because it's different equipment and it changes the install time. Grass is still simpler and cheaper. We can't install on gravel or on a slope beyond a gentle grade.

Available for every tent, clear or solid white. Worth having on standby even in summer — they turn a windy or drizzly evening from a disaster into a non-event. You can decide late; we'd rather bring them and not use them.

Tents are engineered for weather, but there's a threshold where we take sidewalls down or evacuate the tent. We monitor forecasts for installed events and we'll call you. This is one area where we won't be talked into a judgement call — a tent in high wind is genuinely dangerous.

They're separate — tables and chairs are one line, linens another, so you can bring your own or use ours. We stock twenty colours; call to check availability for your date because popular shades run out in peak wedding season.

We can. Standard delivery is stacked and placed inside the tent; setting them out to a floor plan is an add-on. If you want that, have a layout ready — it's much faster when someone knows where the head table goes.

Yes, at no charge, naming your venue. Function halls, country clubs and town parks almost always require one and often want it well ahead of the date. Give us the exact wording they ask for.

25%–50% by Visa or MasterCard when you reserve, credited toward the total; larger installs take the larger deposit. Deposits are non-refundable and orders can't change once placed, because the tent comes out of inventory the moment we hold it.
